She is a graduate of Management, and since 1992, she has been at the helm of a licensed recruitment and employment agency. Through this work, she has proudly helped deploy thousands of Filipino workers overseas, giving them not just jobs, but opportunities for a better life. Even more importantly, she has been a champion of ethical and responsible global employment, ensuring that Filipino talent is respected and protected abroad.
In Rotary, Governor Mary’s leadership has been both wide-ranging and deeply impactful. She has served as Club President, Assistant Governor, and District Committee Chair, bringing to each role her signature qualities of vision, dedication, and integrity.
She was appointed Special District Governor’s Representative (SDG) for the Pasay Area not once, but twice—in 2017 and again in 2022. In both terms, she supported clubs with clarity, compassion, and the kind of hands-on leadership that inspires confidence and action.
