On July 4, 2025, the Rotary Club of Cavite Premier, through the leadership of United Chosen
President Garry Viñas and Mischell Gay Viñas, extended vital healthcare support to Sultan
Kudarat by donating dengue and malaria testing kits to four medical institutions. The
beneficiaries included Lebak Family Doctors' Hospital, Castillon-Gaurana General Hospital,
Sultan Kudarat District Hospital, and the Municipal Health Office in Lebak.
The donation aims to support early detection and prompt treatment of mosquito-borne
diseases, which remain prevalent threats in the region. By equipping these facilities with rapid
test kits, the initiative strengthens their capacity to respond efficiently, reduce complications,
and ultimately save lives.
This act of generosity reflects the Rotary Club’s unwavering commitment to Disease Prevention
and Treatment, one of Rotary’s key areas of focus. It stands as a testament to how timely
intervention and community collaboration can significantly uplift public health.
