Year in and year out as Rotarians of worth and prominence, we begin a Rotary year with a grand celebration known as the District Handover and Induction Ceremonies.  Often clad in our best attire and held at posh venues, we eagerly troop to the site of the celebration and party to our heart’s delight oblivious of the significance and relevance of beginning this chapter in a continuing Rotary story.
